Welcome to WordPress and the ongoing pursuit of portfoliocation and further employment

Just getting the hang of WordPress and launching my first serious blog – combined with a portfolio of works – in what has been a lengthy (but hopefully worthwhile) process of collating links to everything I have ever had published online and uploading pdfs of printed works also.
The result is a portfolio of works that demonstrates a range of writing styles and an intention to broaden my writing horizons, as well as teaching myself another technology platform.
In addition there are links to areas of interest for me – a monthly Spotify playlist will add another multimedia dimension to the site and a feed from my Twitter profile will act as an informal microblogging tool.
Overall, I hope this site will back up any paper CV that a potential employer may have and offer a more meaningful way of demonstrating what i can offer in my pursuit for further employment in Comunications/Media/PR.
